What are your delivery options?

We look forward to providing unique one of a kind fashion to customers everywhere. All customers who request shipping can be assured that paid orders will ship within 1-4 business days. Please note that we reserve the right to further verify any order's payment method, which may cause a delay in shipping. Packages are shipped USPS First Class Mail and have an anticipated arrival between 2-4 business days.

 

How do I track my order? 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to start working.

 

What is your return policy?

 At K8E’S Boutique, we strive to provide top service to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, we will do everything in our power to make it right. 

We ask that you check over your order, the minute you receive it, to make sure everything is correct. If you feel like the item you ordered doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact us within 3 days.

Rules for Returns

  • Items within 3 days of receiving the item with tags still attached can be returned for full credit 

  • After 3 days, item is only returnable for store credit

  • Any item purchased on sale is considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
